Stations 82 & 84 along with EMS from Station 9 were dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries near the intersection of Forest HIlls Drive and Elton Rd., In Elton shortly before 8pm. Two vehicles were off the roadway upon arrival of EMS and advised no need for Fire apparatus.

A first alarm was dispatched to assist Station 86 (Summerhill Borough) on a structure fire at C & C Smith Sawmill in New Germany at 5:30am. A fire in the pellet shop area was handled by crews from 86 & 85.

Station 84 was activated for an outside smoke investigation in the area of Beagle Club Rd,,in Adams Township. The Cambria County Airport tower reported smoke conditions north of the airport tower. Station 85 was activated to check their area with nothing found.

Engine 84-1 was dispatched for an automatic fire alarm in a residence on Palestine Rd, in the township. Burnt food on the stove was the cause. The engine was back in service within 15 minutes time.

Station 84 was dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at 7:30am to the Johnstown Flood National Memorial. Workers there disconnected the electrical service causing the alarm to activate. Units placed into service by 84 Deputy.

Rescue 84-5 was dispatched along with Squad 82-3 (Dunlo) to assist PD with a disabled tractor trailer at the intersection of Forest HIlls Dr, and Elton Rd, shortly before noon on Thursday. A flat bed hauling a 95 ton generator / motor on a low boy trailer was hung up on the intesection.

Station 84 was dispatched to assist Medic78-1 on a seizure patient at the Rose of Sharon Home on Main St. Upon arrival, CPR was initiated as the patient was in arrest due to choking on food. Command 84-1 and Squad 84-3 responded with a total of 5 personnel.

Engine 84-2 was dispatched to replace Eng 82-1, for wires down on the 2000 block of Centennial Dr. A truck hauling a trailer apparently pulled down wires. Police and Engine crew determined it was phone cables and were cleared from the scene.
