Engine 841, and 84 chief responded to a propane gas odor in a residence Friday morning on the 100 block of Plummer Road, in the Croyle Township section of Sidman. Crews found the residence secured after no detection of gases.

Engine 841 with staffing of 6, responded to a large area brush fire assisting Richland Township (Station 3) mid day on Thursday. Also assisting on the fire were units from Windber, and Scalp Level from Somerset County, and Oakland (6).
Fire and rescue crews responded to a rollover vehicle accident with entrapment around 8 PM Wednesday evening, near the Rt 219 Interchange on Locust Street. One vehicle left the roadway, struck a utility pole and hit a tree while on its side.
Engine 841 responded to assist Station 4 Dale Borough on a three alarm fire early Monday morning. Crews assisted several departments on a fire in a duplex that extended into another adjacent home. Crews were on scene for approximately 2 hours.
Engines 841 and 842 responded to assist Station 13 on a structure fire on Hatch Lane. First alarm companies arrived to find a working fire in the attic and roof areas. Crews worked the scene for over 2 hours.
Stations 82 and 84 were dispatched for an accident with unknown injury on the 200 block of Huff Street in Dunlo. 84 units were placed into service by 84 captain.
Rescue Engine 84 responded to assist Medic 781 on Mill Road.
A first alarm was dispatched for smoke in a structure at the Dollar General Store on Nelson Road Saturday afternoon. Engines 841 and 842 responded with PAR of 8 and were cancelled en route. A malfunctioning ceiling unit was to blame.

Station fire personnel handled 15 storm related calls from 5:30pm to 4:00pm Saturday. The last storm related call was setting up a warming station at the Forest Hills High School Fieldhouse Saturday evening.
A second false alarm for the elevator was received Friday morning, with PD requesting FD cancellation.
The elevator alarm was activated Thursday afternoon at teh High School Building. School Resource Officer advised false alarm and FD was cancelled

Rescue Engine 84 responded to a wires down on the 400 block of Ragers Hill Road later Sunday morning. Crews found a cable wire from a residence sagging and secured it back for the homeowner.

Fire crews from Station 84 responded to a one vehicle accident late Saturday afternoon on Rt 219 North between the St Michael and South Fork exits. Crews found one auto into the guardrails with heavy damage.
A power outage set off the alarm this afternoon at the Forest Hills Personal Care Home in the Croyle Township section of Sidman. 84 chief arrived to confirm with administration and cancelled units from 84 and 82.
Stations 85 and 84 responded to a one vehicle accident on Rt 219 at the South Fork exit late Monday night. EMS from Forest Hills transported one occupant. Crews were on scene approximately 45 minutes.
Engine 841 responded as part of a first alarm assisting Somerset County Station 611-Windber on a commercial fire at the Windber Pit Stop at Pomroys Corner. Also assisting 611 were units from 616 (Scalp Level), 3 Richland Township, and 28 West HIlls.
The third call of the Sunday was a brush fire on the 400 block of Peaceful Valley Road, Assisting Station 82.
