Rescue Engine 84 responded to assist Medic 781 on a lift assist on the 300 block of Palestine Road late Sunday evening.

Building Fire Sheetz Store, Adams Township

A first alarm was dispatched around 2:30am today for a fire at the Sheetz convenience store, on Forest Hills Drive. A refrigeration unit shorted and created smoke in the structure. Crew from Engine 841 checked the area with a TIC as well as disconnecting the unit. Rescue Engine 84 stood by the hydrant, and the crew from Engine 82 assisted with ventilation. Engine 80 and Tower 3 were placed into service prior to arrival. EMS provided by Forest Hills. Crews were on scene approximately 30 minutes. No injuries were reported.

Stations 82 and 84 along with EMS from Station 9 East Hills were dispatched to a 3 vehicle accident at the intersection of Forest Hills Dr and Glory Drive in Adams Township, late Friday afternoon. One occupant was taken by EMS for treatment.
Fire crews from Station 84 responded to a one vehicle accident on the 1000 block of Locust Street Thursday morning. Crews assisted PD with traffic, and debris cleanup.
Fire crews were dispatched Tuesday afternoon for a 2 vehicle accident with entrapment on Rt 869 at Rt 219 in Adams Township. First arriving responders and EMS downgraded to Confinement with no entrapment.
Station 84 was dispatched for trees down on line in the area of Millers Road at Mill Road in Croyle Township. The township road crew handled and placed FD back into service.
Fire crews were dispatched for a hit and run accident on Rt 219 Sunday evening. A vehicle struck a light pole which fell onto the highway, and the vehicle left the scene. Crews cleared up the debris vehicle assisting the Police.
Station 84 was kept busy Saturday with 3 separate dispatches. Our first call was early Saturday to Krayn Road for a vehicle accident. The second call was for an odor investigation on the 200 block of Ragers Hill Rd late in the morning.

Rescue Engine 84 responded to the 900 block of Market St for a tree down on 2 vehicles. Crews assisted homeowners with removal.
Fire crews from 84 and EMS from Forest Hills responded to a one vehicle accident late Thursday on Millers Road, in Croyle Township. Crews found one vehicle over an embankment, with the driver self extricating prior to arrival.
A first alarm was dispatched to a pull station at MMI Industries on the 100 block of Plummer Road, in the Croyle Township section of Sidman Wednesday afternoon. Workers were replacing the fire alarm panel box.

Utility 84, and 84 chief responded to a lift assist with Medic 781 (Forest Hills) to a residence on the 100 block of Hollow Rd, in AdamsTownship.
Fire crews were dispatched to assist with roadway flooding on the 900 block of Ragers Hill Rd late Saturday evening. Numerous road drainage culverts became blocked due to heavy rains, creating hazardous road conditions.

Station 84 and Station 78 were alerted for an accident on Rt 219 southbound, for an auto that spun out during rain storm. The auto was gone prior to our arrival and all units placed into service.
Engine 841 responded as part of a first alarm to the 200 block of Bentwood Ave, in Geistown Borough Monday evening. A caller saw smoke issuing up side of the building and gathering around the eaves. The cause was a clothes dryer vent, and with no conditions 3 Chief placed all units into service
A first alarm was dispatched to assist Station 3- Richland Township on a trailer fire early Saturday morning. First arriving crews found an electrical fire and held the remainder of the first alarm units.
Engines 841 and 842 responded to a fire investigation shortly after midnight to the area of Bertolino Lane. A controlled burn was found and all secure.

Fire crews from Station 84 along with EMS from Forest Hills responded to a one vehicle accident early Thursday morning on Rt 219 northbound between the Township line and Water Dam curve. One occupant was transported EMS, while fire crews assisted with debris and traffic.

Rescue Engine 84 responded to a treed down blocking the roadway on WPA Road, near the ball fields. The crew removed the tree with the assistance of the Township road crew.

Utility 84 responded to a cardiac arrest call assisting EMS from Forest Hills.
Engine 841 was dispatched to assist Richland Township Station 3 on a building fire on Vo Tech Drive Richland Township. Crews found a controlled burn outside a building, and cancelled all Mutual Aid departments.
Fire personnel from Station 84 along with EMS from Forest Hills and East Hills responded to a one vehicle accident around noon on the 1100 block of Mill Road, in the Croyle Township portion of Sidman. Both occupants were taken by EMS.
