Vehicle Fire Locust Street- Adams Township

Shortly after returning from the Commercial Vehicle fire, crews responded to a fully involved SUV at Locust Street at the Rt 219 off ramp. Crews arrived on scene to find a fully involved vehicle. Engine 841 (with 6), Engine 842 (with 4), Rescue (with 2). made quick work on a knockdown Adams Township PD assisted on scene. Crews cleared within the half hour.

Utility 84 handled a tree down on Rock Dump Road Thursday afternoon.
Engine 841 and Rescue Engine 84 responded to a residential fire alarm to a residence on the 4500 block of Elton Road early Thursday morning. Crews found the flue pipe dislodged from the furnace to the flue and created a smoke condition.
Station 84 responded again to the Forest Hills Personal Care Home early Tuesday for a smoke detector alarm. There were no conditions.
Fire crews from Station 84 responded to a fully involved UTV fire threatening forest exposures late Monday evening along Beagle Road, in Adams Township. All 3 engines responded on the alarm, however Engine 841 made the attack and extinguished with tank water.
Stations 84 and 82 were dispatched to the Forest Hills Personal Care home on Humbert Road for an automatic fire alarm Monday morning. Food in the stove set off the alarm and the Home requested all units cancel.
Station 84 along with EMS from Forest Hills (78) were dispatched to an accident on the 500 block of Ragers Hill Road., The call originated from a cell phone SOS alarm. However no accident was found and all units placed into service.

Rescue Engine 84 and Engine 842 were responding to assist Station 82 on a motorcycle accident Friday afternoon on the 400 block of Llanfair Road, in Adams Township. One occupant was thrown from the bike and F not needed per Engine 82-we went back into service.

A first alarm was dispatched for a building fire on Schoolhouse Road in Richland assisting Station 3-Richland Township. Crews arrived to find a shorted electrical outlet smoking. All mutual aid units were then placed into service.
Engine 841, and Rescue Engine 84 assisted personnel from Rose of Sharon with the annual fire drill and inspection on Friday. An un-announced drill was initiated and fire crews assisted in evacuation.
Rescue Engine 84 responded to assist EMS on a cardiac arrest alarm to a residence on Ragers Hill Road, in Adams Township Thursday evening.
While crews were finishing up the Mill Road accident, Station 84 was dispatched for a tractor fire endangering a structure on the 500 block of Blue Road. The rescue engine responded from Mill Road, and Engine 841 responded out of station.
Fire crews from Station 84, along with EMS from Forest Hills, and Portage responded to a 2 vehicle accident shortly after noon hour on Monday. Crews assisted with traffic and debris cleanup.
